Founder and President of ICEDRDoug Ready is Founder and President of ICEDR (The International Consortium for Executive Development Research). ICEDR is an international, partnership-driven alliance of approximately 45 leading global corporations and 20 of the world’s top business schools, focusing on building leadership and organizational effectiveness.
Professor and AuthorDr. Ready is also serving as Visiting Professor at London Business School. Prior to this appointment he was a dean and faculty member from Boston University, Babson College, and MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He is a member of the editorial review board of the University of Michigan’s HRM Journal. Doug Ready has written more than 25 articles on leadership development, change management, and top team effectiveness. He also authored the book Champions of Change and edited the book In Charge of Change. He is a frequent contributor to executive education programs and leadership conferences. Dr. Ready holds an M.P.A. in Management from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and a Ph.D. in Global Leadership Studies from Cranfield School of Management in the U.K. |
